Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped. Please note that it may take 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the system.
All orders are shipped with a Tracking ID. You can track your order here.
Why does my tracking show “no information available at the moment”?
This can happen if the shipping carrier has not updated the tracking information yet. Please allow 2–5 business days for updates.
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be shipped separately, even if you selected combined shipping.
Note: Shipping times exclude customs clearance delays, as these are beyond our control.
