Welcome to Stalamp. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stalamp website, online store, content, features, products and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Throughout these Terms, “Stalamp,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this online store. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer or person using the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe that it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.

3. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and availability accurately. However, occasional errors or differences may occur.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, update specifications or withdraw products without prior notice.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may contact you to offer an alternative, delay shipment with your agreement or cancel and refund the affected item.

4. Product Images, Colours and Materials

Product images are provided to help illustrate design, colour, proportion and intended use. The appearance of a product may vary depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, photography and production batches.

Natural and handcrafted materials—including stone, wood, glass, ceramic, resin, fabric and metal finishes—may include variations in colour, texture, pattern, shape or surface detail. These characteristics are not normally considered defects.

Room images and styled photographs may include furniture, accessories or decorative objects that are not included with the product unless expressly stated in the product description.

5. Measurements and Specifications

Product dimensions and specifications are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Minor measurement differences may result from production methods, material characteristics or manual measurement.

Before purchasing or installing a product, you are responsible for confirming that its dimensions, electrical specifications, mounting method and intended use are suitable for your space.

6. Lighting and Electrical Installation

Hardwired lighting and electrical products should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with applicable local electrical, building and safety regulations.

You are responsible for checking product compatibility with your local voltage, plug type, ceiling structure, wall structure, junction box and applicable installation requirements before use.

Stalamp is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation, unauthorized modification, incorrect voltage, unsuitable mounting surfaces, failure to follow instructions or installation by an unqualified person.

7. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until payment has been authorized and we issue an order confirmation or begin fulfilling the order.

We reserve the right to decline, limit or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or product information errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• Shipping restrictions
• Orders placed for unauthorized resale
• Violation of these Terms

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate the request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

After dispatch, an eligible order must be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy .

9. Prices and Currency

Product prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, the price charged will be the price displayed during checkout when the order is placed.

Displayed currency may depend on your location or selected market. Currency conversion is provided for convenience and the final amount charged may be affected by your payment provider’s exchange rate or fees.

Prices do not include import duties, customs charges or other government fees unless expressly stated during checkout.

10. Payments

You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments or other approved payment providers. We may delay or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees, international transaction fees or other charges. These charges are controlled by the payment provider and are not collected by Stalamp.

11. Discounts and Promotions

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their stated conditions, validity period, eligible products and minimum order requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Only one promotional code may be used per order
• Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively
• Promotions have no cash value
• Discounts may exclude gift cards, accessories or selected products
• Promotions may be modified or withdrawn before an order is placed

If part of a promotional order is returned, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the promotion terms and the amount actually paid, where permitted by law.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing, shipping estimates, tracking, split shipments and international delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy .

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, remote locations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

13. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly included during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not control or determine the amount charged by customs authorities.

14. Returns and Refunds

Returns, damaged items, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy .

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Reviews and User Content

You may be able to submit product reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions or other content (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you confirm that:

• You own it or have permission to submit it
• It is accurate and based on a genuine experience
• It does not violate another person’s rights
• It is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory or abusive
• It does not contain malware, spam or unauthorized advertising

You grant Stalamp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt and distribute submitted User Content for the operation and promotion of the Services, subject to applicable law.

We may moderate or remove User Content that violates these Terms, but we are not required to monitor every submission.

16. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content—including branding, text, graphics, product photography, videos, page layouts, icons and software—are owned by or licensed to Stalamp and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services only for personal, lawful and non-commercial purposes. Without prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce substantial website content
• Republish product photographs or descriptions
• Modify or create derivative works from our content
• Use our name, branding or content to imply endorsement
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract website content

17. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment providers, tracking services, social networks, review platforms and other external services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Stalamp is not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of independently operated third-party services.

18. Shopify

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.

Purchases made through this store are transactions directly between you and Stalamp. Shopify is not the seller of Stalamp products and is not responsible for product fulfillment, customer support or claims relating to products purchased from Stalamp.

Information processed through Shopify is also subject to applicable Shopify policies, including the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy .

19. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Services to:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent or malicious activity
• Violate intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights
• Submit false, misleading or abusive information
• Distribute viruses, malicious code or harmful technology
• Interfere with website operation or security
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Collect personal information about others without authorization
• Send spam or unauthorized advertising
• Use automated scraping, crawling or extraction tools
• Resell products through unauthorized or deceptive practices

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these restrictions have been violated.

20. Errors and Corrections

Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability.

We may correct errors, update information or cancel an affected order. If a paid order is cancelled because of an error, the applicable payment will be refunded.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.

Product warranties and remedies are subject to the product information provided, our applicable policies and any statutory rights that apply to your purchase.

Nothing in this section excludes a warranty, guarantee or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stalamp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Services or a product, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Stalamp for reasonable losses, liabilities and expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms or your violation of another person’s legal rights.

24. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, misuse the website or create a security risk.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, limitation of liability and dispute provisions—will continue to apply.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted or separated from the Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

26. No Waiver

A delay or failure by Stalamp to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and information incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Stalamp concerning your use of the Services and purchases made through the store.

28. Governing Rules and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Stalamp’s operation and the transaction, without excluding any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country or region where you live.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
